Pretty easy transaction

After inquiring about a certain type of vehicle I received a call from Kendall Honda. We discussed what I wanted and she emailed me a used vehicle they had on the lot. A salesman called to follow up and I decided to test drive the vehicle. The only complaint I have is the time it took for all the “got to check with my manager” bs. I told them how much I wanted for my trade in and how much cash I was willing to spend but we didn’t make the deal that day , they had to call me back.
