Dealership Sales Review
We purchased a new car from Kendall Honda. We got all are negotiating done and started to purchase the car. We asked about the $500 flex cash they had if we financed the car though Honda. The sales man told us the day before we purchased the car we would have no trouble getting the flex cash due to are excellent credit rating. We went in the next day to purchase the car and all the sudden the flex cash was all gone and we got mad because he flat out lied to us and told us he never said that the flex cash was available. We confronted him about it and asked him why he lied to us and be got very belligerent with us and told us he was going to get the general manager. Meanwhile we were getting up and walking out the door when the general manager approached us and asked us what the problem was we explained what the problem was and he told us the $500 flex cash was his to do with what he see's fit and he said that we got such a good deal on the car he was not going to give us the flex cash. We told him the $500 flex cash was if you financed the car though the honda corporation and anyway after arguing with the general manager we finally got $100 of it when we should have gotten all the $500. We bought a car from them several years ago and they lied then to. They told us we could not have the car for what we wanted to pay for it and it would never get that low and then about a week later it was alot cheaper then what we purchased the car for.
