Our salesperson, Doran, is always gracious. On his day off, Paul Casey works on Doran behalf, and is quite sufficient. The disappointment came with the rude, careless, condescending additude of Joshua Beard, the financial guy. Didn't ask pertinent questions, so as things had to be rewritten. And it was so much trouble to do so. Said it would be easier for us to contact our financial institutions, and see if they could change it. It made me angry enough, I was ready to not purchase the car, all because of these tactics. This was our 4th purchase in 12yrs. from Kendall, and may be our last. Kendall Ford purchase was great. Kendall Chevy , both were pretty good. Kendall Honda was not.
