Dealership Sales Review
I had my first experience buying a car from a dealership today. To say that I was nervous about making such a large purchase would be a vast understatement. My nerves were certainly something I was vocal about and they were handled with kindness and understanding by the salesman I worked with. In the interest of transparency, I feel I should disclose I was socially familiar with Honda's salesman, Dave, before this transaction. This said, I truly believe that Dave worked hard to make the overwhelming process of buying a car, into an event that I would feel excited about. It felt refreshing to know that my comfort and contentment as a consumer meant more to Kendall than simply getting a sale. It seems Kendall Honda has cultivated wisdom in their employees that a happy customer will support their company, not once, but many times over... and be sure to tell the world about it. Not only did I drive away from the dealership in a brand-new car that I love, but I felt genuinely cared for by each employee that I came across throughout my afternoon in the store. Thank you to the Kendall family, and to Dave in particular, for a wonderful encounter.
