Horrendous group of salesmen. I walked in at 2pm only a couple days before thanksgiving and they acted like they were too busy to help me in a timely manner. While test drives were fun in with STs, the lack of knowledge and drive to actually inform me on my potential purchase was insulting. When it came to talk numbers, I got made to wait while they "pulled the numbers i requested". They piece mealed the invoice deal and the lease deals to me. Anthony, the guy I was working with presented an insulting offer on a lease deal for a Focus SEL and tried to tell me a 2.25 Money Factor with 42% Residual Value was a great deal. He didn't even seem to know what those numbers meant in all honesty. Just absolutely frustrating to work with these people. I liked my first salesman during the test drive, before he "handed me off" to deal with another "customer". I haven't been to the other Kendall show rooms, but please avoid the Ford people.
