Great service experience as always! Mike Shrum is an all star and his staff is great as well! They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of, from loaner dealer BMWs usually new, updates with text throughout the process, fair prices and they truly care about you! Free snacks and drinks while you wait just 5 stars! Thank you again, Tom
