Subaru of Bend

We bought our Subaru (finally!) after searching for 6-7 months for the perfect car. We had been to several dealerships and were turned off by the salespeople and lack of answers to our questions. When we contacted the Internet Sales team, we were given a quick response, honest answers, and a friendly person to work with. Cheryl has been a champ since the first contact. She was thorough in her understanding of the Subaru line-up, quick to ease our minds when we had concerns, and made the buying process feel like we were in her living room having coffee. It was that comfortable. The whole team was so patient with our 16 month-old, offering him toys and treats, and were patient with him (and us!) during our question and answer session.
