Subaru of Bend

We were skeptical about purchasing a new car. Subaru of bend changed our entire mindset. Not only are my wife and I completely satisfied with the car but the customer care and service are top-notch. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and make buying a new car a fun experience. Ray answered all of my technical questions and safety concerns. I didn't feel any pressure only honest and informative insight. As Ray said, "these cars sell themselves". Financing the car was also a great experience. Cheryl thoroughly helped us understand our options and gave us a personal tour of all the new features which was especially insightful. This is coming from a guy who owned a Flintstone car with a tape deck and manual windows. If that wasn't enough, Subaru invited my wife and me to come back to take a free course to learn more about the car. Plus Subaru is gifting us with a gas card to take the free course.
