Just after arriving at the dealership while looking at various vehicles I was approached by Andy. He was polite and professional. He discovered what type of vehicle I was looking for and made a few suggestions. After settling on the fj cruiser we toulk it for a drive and he informed me of details that I did not know about the vehicle. The rest of the sales process went smoothly and I never felt pressured. I am happy with the deal I received and feel that the dealership genuinely cared that I was happy and showed that they desired to have me as a customer for life. I especially appreciate how they paid attention to the safety of my vehicle and did an alignment job and then replaced the tires. I highly recommend the staff at Kendall Toyota and will look for my next vehicle on there lot!
