New Car Purchase from out of state

My wife and I came to Kendall Toyota of Bend last summer and spoke to Randy Phillips who helped us order a new Rav4 Prime with the knowledge that it might take a year to get the car. Randy kept us up to date on what was happening with the order and finally 13 months later we got the car, and BTW we live in northern Utah. We flew to Redmond where Randy picked us up and took us back to the dealership where we did all the paperwork and drove away in our new car later that day.
