THEY LIED - SOLD US A LEMON

BEWARE!!!! Sold us a lemon while claiming to disclose all known issues. Two days after purchasing vehicle check engine light came on and it needs a new transmission.

Melissa, We absolutely will not and do not sell "lemons". You can have confidence that our follow up inspection shows the Jeep you purchased from our budget lot does not need a transmission. Since the check engine isn't currently on and there are no active failure codes it takes some additional effort to try and duplicate the issue. During this down time we have given you a 2019 model year SUV as a free of charge loaner to drive all the way to Colorado with your family. We sell only the best used vehicles and we greatly value every customer. You can have confidence the Jeep is a good vehicle, it's in our shop trying to duplicate the check engine light issue you have stated and you have been given a newer nicer vehicle to borrow in the down time. We consider this much better service then a 1 star review but respect your opinion and look forward to resolving this issue.
