I found all of the folks we came in contact , understanding, helpful and over the top customer service We traded in my 2011 Sorento with 287,000 miles For a 2014 Sorento with 200, 000 miles less Unfortunately it had a issue and returned to dealer and we were able to swap it for a 2018 Jeep renegade on the lot. Erik our sales consultant was awesome, he stuck it out pretty much all day with us. Big John /Carl were great and Karen Finance guru was awesome working with us through the “deals” (Twice) With our experience with them we were pleased with the outcome and Jeep ! One suggestion would be a faster process
