Poor service and communication

onTook 2022 for oil change and they found work that needed completed. We was going to pick up truck take to location we purchased the truck at (Glover). Southpoint said they could do the warranty work and order parts but would take 5 days to get. Parts came in and then they called said they could not do the work because Glover had installed 2” leveling kit and custom tires and rims. This was a TRX purchased new with the upgrades by Glover. The issue was the CVS axles. Remember Southpoint found and pointed out issue said it was covered under warranty but did not honor. So week later we picked up and took to Glover. Should have taken to Glover to begin with.
