It could not have went any better. My customer service guy Frank has got to be one of the most knowledgeable, friendly people that I have ever dealt with. He goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth and easy as possible.

South Pointe Dodge is the place to go if you want to be treated fairly, professionally, and to make you feel good about dealing with a team that cares about the customer rather than just another vehicle coming through their shop. Frank treated me like I was his only customer and I’ll return to South Pointe simply to deal with Frank and his team alone.
