Edit: I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership. After literally one year I have to go public with my results after my multiple attempts via call text email I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TITLE!! PLEASE, send my title so I can receive a tag. Because I have tried for so long, BKF should be held responsible for all back taxes and fees due to this extremely poor service. If someone would please tell me where it is, I would appreciate it greatly.
