onWhen you’re experiencing car problems and have to make arrangements to get to work regular updates or responding to questions is highly important to the customer. On this occasion it didn’t happen. The service guy was helpful and knowledgeable. My service contact was not. I had arranged for transport to work and just as I was being dropped off around 7 am I was alerted my car was ready. If notice 10-15 minutes earlier I would have been dropped at the dealership, which is closer to home.
