Great Service Advisor, stellar Tech

It’s always an unknown when you take your car to a dealership. Are they just pumping up the quote, or do they care about my car, my situation, and my desires. Mike Kayser is about as transparent as they come in a service advisor, and Matt Foust is likely the best BMW tech in the state of Oklahoma. They found many problems, and I selected what I wanted to fix, not one pressuring tactic used in my decision making.
