BAD Battery

My one year old battery had to be replaced. Took over 4 hours and cost me $42.00. I still don't understand why it cost me anything or why it took so long. Also, I ask that my tires be aired up as they were all low. That did not get done. Just forgotten in the process of making sure the problem was the battery and not something on my car. But, the new battery is good and still has over 30 months on it.
