We purchased a new car at this dealership, working with a courteous salesperson and receiving a fair price. But then the problems started... After the initial paperwork, we were ushered into a small room for paperwork and "warranty information". The "warranty information" was a deceptive and high-pressure sales pitch to purchase multiple, extended-service contracts. When we said, "no", the pressure and deception started. The sales guy was relentless and deceptive. Multiples times, he asked us to sign an agreement for extra warranties totaling thousands of dollars. Our original offer wasn't even placed before us to sign!!! When we gave him multiple, negative responses, he said that he would have to "redo" our paperwork to reflect the original sales price. We came very close to walking out and probably should have. We complained to the sales manager. He said that the guy was on commission to sell extended warranties and that he would "address the problem". We're skeptical that the "problem" will actually be fixed. Consumer reporting agencies say that if your car has an excellent reputation for reliability, then extended service contracts are a waste of money. If you shop for a car at this dealer, you may find a courteous salesperson and a fair price on a new car. But be prepared for deceptive, high-pressure sales tactics when it comes to extended warranties. Knowing what we know now, we would not have shopped here.
