Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chandler
Dealership Sales Review
Ok, so upon purchasing a 2017 Hellcat from these people (which felt very shady at times) I was written a WE OWE statement for some issues with the car. A quarter size dent, damage to plastic cover under windshield (looks like by a buffer), racing strip chipped, and "water spot stains on the wheels" which all happen to be on the passengers side. So after 2/3 months of calling every week to get these issues resolved with there service department i finally get through to someone willing to help and set up an appointment to get the car fixed. After them having the car for 2 weeks I received a call informing me all they have fixed is the dent and the other parts haven't even been ordered. Then sometime in the 3rd week I am told he is not happy with the dent repair and I wouldn't be happy as well so they are going to send the car back and redo it. Finally 21 days later I can pick the car up, but the "water spots" have not been removed and I was told they stopped trying to removed the stains do to the fear of ruining the finish on the wheels. So at this point they are obviously not water spots and when upon asking if they are going to replace them I am met with a shoulder shrug and "I don't know". Then i realize to make matters worse the body shop they were taking it to was 100 miles away, so after two trips 400mi. (a quarter of the total miles on the car) was put on the hellcat.. I have now been calling almost everyday for 2 to 3 weeks and have only gotten through to a manager twice ending in them telling me they will look into it and call me back, but have yet to been called back (only was called back through is entire process when they actually had my car). Honestly I think the lifetime power train warranty and other extended warranties they offer are BS because once you've had one experience with there service department you'll just want to pay out of pocket to have a professional do it right. I have also been told at least by 3 different of Patriot Dodges employees "If you buy a $70,000 car it should be perfect" which apparently is a lie. If I could go back and buy a different car out of Chandler, OK I would've bought a vehicle from Randy Bowen's Chevrolet dealership. At least I know he treats people how they are supposed to be treated. Lastly, for any Patriot employees reading this review, I will be posting this and other reviews on any car review website I can find. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General and Dodge very soon if this issue is still yet to be resolved. I also grew up in the town of Chandler and will be spreading this story throughout the small towns grapevine if this pooooooooor customer services continues. It has been almost 5 months ( I guess only 4 since they had it for almost a month) of unanswered phone calls so just maybe somebody reads these reviews and feels doing there job.
