Jeff Wyler Springfield Chevrolet

I use these guys despite their poor reviews as its the nearest Chevy Dealership near me. I was advised that at 13,500 miles i needed a fuel system cleaning for excessive carbon build up on my valves... no way, called Chevy and they said 30, 60, 90k.. called 3 other dealerships around Springfield and they also confirmed the 30,60,90k intervals. As a former mechanic, I thought this was crazy so I went that extra mile and called around, check my 2024 owners manual, and it wasn't recommended. I'm not sure why Jeff's dealership suggest it and no other dealership from dayton to columbus recommend it. I'll trust them with oil changes and simple warranty repairs, but other than that, I have a bitter taste towards them. If consumers go off their suggest services, i think some people are getting ripped off. Joe
