First, I'm not one to write reviews but this dealership really pissed me off. Easily the worst service I've ever received The salesman who sold us our car was extremely rude and sighed when we would ask any questions. You could really tell he wanted us gone. I purchased my car last May knowing it would need new tires relatively soon. Recently I just had an appointment to get new tires and they told me I was missing a Wheel locking lugnut key. They told me to call the dealership I purchased my car from or a Mazda dealership. I called Kerry Ford and was treated to the worst customer service. The lady was extremely rude and said if it wasn't in the car it's not our problem. Is the missing key a huge deal? No, but the way they acted toward me while buying and after is unacceptable. If you want terrible service and people who just want you in and out the door this is your place.
