I will keep it simple. If you want an honest dealership, with management who stands by their word... Don't waste your time driving here. Classic judging the book by the cover thing. Assumptions will get you no where. Was told one thing, drove out there to learn another. Was promised something, they did not honor what they said they would. I will now not shop at ANY COUGHLIN Dealership in the entire Columbus Area after this experience. Dear manager, to low ball me while having biases/assumptions, for me to then whip out an appraisal from another dealership, that was WAY over yours. To then claim "your appraisal is based off of how much i have driven it since purchase..." MEMO!!!!!!!!!!! I put 6000 miles on it TOTAL in 3 years!!!! You're [non-permissible content removed]!!!!!! Hence, why you disappeared and never came back! And your the Manager! Interesting!
