No interest in sales

The sales person was more interested in corporate sales on the phone than making the sale of a used truck to an individual. After waiting on a reply to an Internet inquiry, an email reply was received -"sorry truck sold." That was the entire reply, and it was a lie. After waiting a few days my husband had gone to the dealership before receiving the email. The truck was still available, but the salesperson would not take the time to go to the lot or move the truck for a test drive. It was also clear that there would be absolutely no discussion on price. This was truly a bad experience.
