Incompetent service department

onTook my vehicle in for a recall and they were unable to complete it in 2.5 hours. When I got my vehicle back, they had tossed my belongings and car seat base on the floor in a pile, saying it was not their policy to install car seats due to liability, and that they had to get to the battery. I don’t think returning a vehicle to someone looking like it was ransacked is good customer service.
