Fix but at a what cost

800 to change a battery and two small battery wires. A job that should have taken 0.5 hours. (7hrs.) No itemized bill. Can't tell what time was spent on what by the bill. Even if it took 2hr, which is ridiculous, that would be over 200/hr rate. Was going to look at a vehicle there but that didn't happen.
