Before we could even test drive the car they required all our information about how we would purchase the vehicle… even though it was cash. It took over 45min to get the paperwork done. Then when we got in the car it had clearly been a smokers car which they tried to cover with terrible air fresheners and then tried to play ignorant. The alignment/steering clearly needed some work too (2022 vehicle). None of which was mentioned before we made the trip. Needless to say we didn’t purchase and then they continued to hound us with texts.
