Dealership Service Review
Came into the dealership telling them specifically that I needed a new a/c compressor, and mistakenly assumed they'd just do it. Instead they took it apart and apparently stood around for several hours discussing how to tell me other parts would need to be replaced as well in order to ensure the repair was complete!!! I don't care. Do it. When they finally came to discuss it with me, I summarily dispatched them back to finish the job and basically told them they had wasted enough time. By the time I left, I had been there 5 hours!!! I know it doesn't take 5 hours to replace an a/c compressor. Then, I got stuck on the side of the road because they had allowed something in to my air intake when they put the air filter back in, and choked off the air to my engine. They sent someoen with no tools to check it out, they sent one of them back to the dealership back to get a screwdriver, and in a matter of minutes I was back on my way. I've never had this kind of issue with them before, but this experience did not give me a warm fuzzy, that's for sure.
