This was also my first lease, and the terms were fully disclosed, competitive, and transparent. I never thought I'd say this about buying a vehicle from a dealership, but the entire process was painless, stress-free, and transparent! As a customer and an automotive investor, I highly urge other dealerships to scrutinize Subaru's customer experience and adopt it as an industry best practice or risk going the way of the dinosaurs!
