Thank you Crown Chysler and Dustin Litteral for keeping my 300 up to date on its needed services! We dropped my 300 off in our way out of town for a needed tire rotation, oil change, battery change and recall. The drop off process was very easy and secure (it was after hours and we just left the car) Dustin contacted us during the repair to let us know the progress, when to pick up and future services needed to keep my car up to date. I really appreciate this bc keeping up on what needs to be done on my car is always low on my list. Dustin has been my service contact person for years and I appreciate having the same person taking care of my car all these years. He is exceptional at listening to what I am saying and putting it to work on my car. I have been a customer at Crowne Dublin for over 30 years. Their attention to detail and customer service is why I keep coming to them ( even though I live 30 minutes away and have another Chysler dealer in my town).
