To say this experience was a great one would be an understatement. It is very uncomfortable to purchase a car online, and when you can't get to see it in person before purchasing. Our salesman Clay Gilman did an outstanding job to help us feel more comfortable with the process. He took extra pictures, coordinated a detail of the car because it was dirty from a recent snowstorm and made sure to answer all my questions. He never rushed or pushed us but simply responded to whatever it was we were asking from him. It was a great purchase, the process was very smooth, and most importantly my son "loves" the car. It was in the exact condition we were told. His communication was outstanding, and he always kept me posted.
