Chesrown Chevrolet GMC

We had no intention of buying the evening we went to Chesrown, but because every aspect of their service was so quick and transparent, we went ahead and made a purchase. As a first-time car buyer, I was pretty stressed about the process, but they put me at ease and were not pressuring me to make a decision which made me trust them and the service I would be getting from them in the future. They offer free oil changes and tire rotation for the life of my car!! They ended up having to stay past closing to finish all the paperwork but they never made us feel unwelcome or rushed. Everyone we had contact with at the dealership was friendly and genuine. I will definitely return to Chesrown for future purchases and recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
