Fred and I conversed via txt. We were able to agree on a few items before I came to drive the car. He had it pulled up, and warmed up for me when I arrived. Drive the car, it was everywhere as nice as Fred said it was. Car had a slight issue that (for me was a big deal). Fred went to the manager, arranged to have it corrected for me prior to picking up the car. And all at the price we agreed upon. That is customer service.
