I am a fairly busy person with many different commitments on my time as is the case for so many. From the offer of valet service (if I qualified) to ensuring my car was seen at my appointment time to ensuring service was completed timely, Germain Ford was respectful of my time. I also appreciated that there was no high pressure sales techniques to "upgrade" my service. They merely stated the service which was recommended by my manufacturer for the mileage on my vehicle and allowed me to make a decision if I wanted that service in addition to my already scheduled service. When I made a decision that the additional work was not right for me at the time, they were respectful of my decision. As a female, this is not always the treatment I receive when it comes to cars. There is a real peace of mind I receive when I come here. I know that my car is receiving care from those who understand and have experience with my vehicle. So, from scheduling the appointment to the end of the service, respect on both parts, my own and the service department, truly is the word that comes to mind.
