I needed my brakes fixed however I work long days and the service center I believe isn't open on weekends. I have Mondays off however my small children are with me. Ford was able to pick up my car, fix my brakes and an oil change all within a handful of hours! I had my car returned home, no issues. This was a wonderful service. Life is challenging with kids and when you add on no weekend service life gets difficult to navigate. I was so happy to use and try the Vallet service and hope I can use it again. Saved me time and money with ubers, time off or walking home with small children.
