Germain Ford of Columbus

We purchased a new 2018 Ford F150 from Germain and had a good experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and genuine. It was a very low pressure experience which was great. Unfortunately we went to Ricart previously and it was the worst experience at a dealership we've ever had. Nick, Jaydee, and the new car sales team did a great job ensuring we had a great experience. They made us a great deal on a 2018 diesel F150 that they had sitting on their lot for a long time. We couldn't be more happy.
