Dave Gill Chevrolet

My family has bought over a dozen cars from Dave Gill and it has always been a great experience. All the employee are helpful and courteous. This last purchase tops the charts though. My Dad finally made the decision to let go of $62K and order the car of his dreams, a 2014 Corvette Stingray.After providing for his family for the last 50 years, we all finally convinced him to do this for himself. My Dad met with sales lady Tracey S, who he has had nothing but great things to say about. Please understand my Dad does not do well with sales people ever! She was with him through the whole process of ordering the car with exactly what he wanted on it, the pricing as my Dad had it priced to the penny from building it on Chevrolet.com. She ordered all the accessories he wanted. She was in contact to let him know where he was on the list, when it was sent to the factory, when the vin # was assigned to the vehicle, and when it arrived. That is Fantastic service, right? Well it isn't half of how she went above and beyond to make this such a special memorable experience for my family and I. My Dad would call me every time he heard from Tracey. There was a license plate bracket he seen on a corvette that was in service one day and he said Tracey told him she would find out where he could get one just like it. He talked about Tracey like they knew each other for years. I wanted to be there for the reveal of the car to share it with my Dad, but I couldn't so I thought if I can get that license plate bracket and have it put on the car before he picks it up, I will feel a little more involved in"the reveal" I contacted Tracey and explained what I wanted to do and how upset I was I lived so far and how there is no man more deserving of this car than my Dad. He has always given to his family and not to himself. She immediately got me the part # to license plate bracket and the website to order it.I asked her for one last favor that would mean the world to me, which was, would she please take a couple pictures of my Dad seeing the car for the first time. Well, she left the wrapping on the car, and she took a ton of pictures and was texting them to me as it was all taking place, I got pictures of it all from unwrapping,sitting in the car, around the car, you name it, him signing paperwork, and waiting on the delivery and him taking off in it. I felt like I was at Dave Gill in the moment. It was AMAZING! Thanks to Tracey I will be making a special frame for my Dad titled " The Amazing Reveal for an Amazing Dad". Tracey Truly cared about what this meant to me and she was so excited and happy for my Dad. That kind of authenticity can not be duplicated folks.
