Mitchell met us in the lot as I was driving through and got out to look at a few cars. He was very polite and offered to show us some of the cars in the price range I was looking for. We ended up spending more but it made sense to me and my wife and I are very happy with the decision. He showed us a few options on financing. Craig recognized me from when I called on him at another dealer when I was working for Auto Additions and came over and greeted my wife and me. This made us feel very good about dealing with Lindsay Buick. I have owned Buicks in the past and my first job out of high school was at Erb Brothers Buick in Willoughby as a technician. I am very pleased to have this Buick Envision as I have had my eye on them for some time now. Mitchell took us on a test drive and I was impressed with the performance of the car. We also drove a used 2021 Honda CR-V and the Buick was hands down the better performing car. My wife likes the passenger side power seat and the dual zone AC. The heated seats were a selling point for her and the ease of getting in and out of the car. She has a muscle condition that limits her but these comfort options were just what she needs. The sales process was not complicated nor did we feel any pressure to buy right now. The fact that you had this particular car and gave us a great deal on it made that decision easy. He demonstrated the various options that are on the car and set up our phones in the audio system. ( I called it the RADIO but it was explained as an audio system. Giving away my age.) He showed me options I can purchase for it but I decided to hold off for right now. I have a Honda CR-V that I purchased new at Lindsay Honda in 2009 and also had a good buying experience at that time. The financing went smooth, again some things were presented to consider but I didn't feel pressured to purchase the extras. We left feeling very good about the process as a whole and I will recommend other people I know to consider purchasing a car from your dealership. A+++
