I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone, from the service department, sales floor to managers went above and beyond. I brought my 13 year old Impreza in for service (several warning lights had come on). After diagnostic tests, and many conversations with the service department, family and others (that knew a lot more about cars than me) it was decided that it made more sense to buy rather than repair…heck she was 13 years old and was this going to just be the start???. I knew the buying process was going to take a few day, just getting everything in place, and the only vehicle I had was the one in service. No problem, they made sure I had a loaner car. Now to the buying…the sales person was amazing. He listened to my wants and needs, he showed me cars and colors I was interested in and did not try to add on things I wasn’t interested in. (I say this because in the past, at a different dealership, the salesperson did not do this…that person would only show me colors and vehicles I had specifically said I was not interested in). Needless to say, I got the car I really wanted, in the color I love, with all the amenities I wanted. I also got it at a price that was upfront and very fair. Germain Subaru you have a happy, satisfied customer for life!
