Donna Philips has been a consistent service representative for Lexus over the years and every time I need to have my vehicle serviced she always accommodates my request for the date and time frame along with providing for me a loaner vehicle. She is the face of Lexus for me and makes my experience a very positive one. My vehicle is always on time when she tells me it should be completed and as I exit the service garage she always escorts me to my vehicle. That extra touch of service goes a long way for me. Thank you Donna for your excellent service!
