Always a great experience

I can never complain about my experience as it is always very good. The waiting area is great and it never takes longer than they say it will. Everyone is pleasant and keeps me informed. A do need to go back for a part, but that is all a part of car ownership, right? I have to give a special shout-out to the fine gentleman that cleaned the inside of my window shield because he just couldn't let me leave with it looking that awful. Please note that I DO try and clean it and it only smears. He got it spotless and gave me a tip on what product to use when it happens again. It is a small thing, but you have no idea how great it was to 1) have a clean windshield, and 2) have someone care enough to do it.
