Appointment times mean something at Germain Lexus of Easton. My car was taken immediately upon my 8 a.m. arrival. I was greated with a smile. The purpose of my visit was explained to me by staff. I waited in a large, nicely decorated and very comfortable waiting area and enjoined the snacks and coffee they provided while waiting for my car. A service representative came to the waiting room twice just to let me know how things were going and to make certain I was comfortable. They actually finished with my car 15 minutes earlier than promised. Once they finished the service the car was washed and returned to me in mint condition. Over the years I have purchased more than 10 vehicles from this dealership which is two and a half hours from my home and I have gone out of my way to make certain that they also handle my service. The service doesn't get any better than what is offered by Germain.
