Dropped my GX460 off for the 30K service and picked up a loaner vehicle. The staff that greeted me and took my car were excellent, cheerful, and courteous. Raquel was the service staff member assigned to my service. She was just as great! The service was completed the following day. Raquel kept me updated via text. Upon my arrival I was given my bill which I expected to be $0 but was told it would be $590.00. The cashier called Raquel who looked into the matter. I informed her that upon purchasing the vehicle I had free service up to and including the 30K mile service. In a matter of seconds this was confirmed and I was out the door and back in my GX460. Everyone was awesome! No complaints!
