Always a great experience!

We always have a great experience at Germain Lexus of Easton Service Center. We visited on a busy Saturday morning for a routine service on our RX350. Tim was friendly and professional. He noticed I had requested a service that had already been performed and corrected it right away. He provided us with a loaner since the correct service was going to take a bit longer. Our car was ready right on time. I can’t say enough good things about Tim or the service center!
