Dealership Service Review
This is my second Lexus ES-350 purchased and serviced at Lexus of Easton. After I received an email to remind me that it’s time for my 20,000 mile or 6 month service, I called to schedule it. The representative made me feel like they appreciated my calling and wanted to do everything possible to make getting my car serviced a good experience. The day and time I wanted to go in; having a loaner car available for the short time I would need it; and an extremely comfortable lounge to use when I realized I didn’t need a loaner vehicle. I had an emergency come up just before my car was due to be completed and I had to get home pronto. They were ready to put me in a loaner when my car was completed, washed and delivered to the pickup area. Understanding that I didn’t have time to wait around for paperwork to be completed, they opened the overhead door and said I could go without further delay. Of all the cars and dealerships I’ve gone through in my 55 years of car ownership, none have treated me as such a valued customer as Germain Lexus. They know how to treat a customer so that you’re their customer for life.
