Dealership Service Review
This was my first time visiting the dealership, as my vehicle is new to me and the first time owning a Kia. My service technician was so kind and fun and relatable. He had great energy to be around and he was the first service technician at any auto service place who told me my air filters were clean for a change. I appreciate that he wasn’t trying to sell me a bill of goods. There was a great little play area for my daughter and the popcorn and mini-waters made her perfectly happy (and coffee for mom). The service took less time than expected and I asked some follow-up questions and was given satisfactory and specific answers rather than vague ones. If I had to be picky, I was accustomed to the service techs walking up to the vehicle when you pull into the service bay (at the different brand’s dealership that I attended with my last vehicle). However, really not a big deal, but could be a nice touch. My daughter is actually excited to return to the play room and I hope I get the same tech again. He’s my type of authentic person. Good vibes all around!
