Issue with my vehicle was very challenging to diagnose. Zack was great with communication on what was going on with my vehicle at all times. When Germain's technicians could not diagnose the issue they immediately contacted Ford Engineering to help diagnose the issue and get the correct parts to fix my vehicle. The service was efficient and effective,
