Dave Gill Chevrolet

I went to several dealerships in my used car search but Dave Gill was by far the best experience. I worked primarily with Shane P who was very personable and thorough when working with my wife and me. He did an excellent job showing us the car we were interested in purchasing, including all of the features, before our test drive. We wound up agreeing to purchase the car, handling the paperwork the next day. Dave Gill was a little busy the following day so our wait was longer than expected but, Shane made the time fly by. His friendly and outgoing personality makes him easy to talk to and feel like he genuinely cares about you as a person. When it came time to finalize the paperwork with Kevin H, the experience was no different. Kevin was able to make the otherwise monotonous process of filling out paperwork somewhat enjoyable, fully answering all our questions with personal anecdotes and a few jokes to lighten the mood. He was very straightforward and customer oriented, even though he's required to try to up-sell you some add-ons. His goal was to put you in control, making it very clear what's an optional purchase, where you might find some value, and what most people choose to do (decline all the up-sells).
