Performance Kings Honda

Never have I ever experienced disrespectful, rude and unprofessionalism from a salesperson in my life. I arrived at Kings Honda around 3:30 and asked Larry to pull Honda Civics for me and I would return after viewing car selections at Kings Toyota. I arrived back at Kings Honda dealership to purchase a Honda Civic and after comparing comps at Kings Toyota. The immature salesman named Malcolm lost business today. I asked him to pull Civics off the lot so I can test drive, but he kept asking about allowing him to handle financing. I informed him the loan was approved and would come from my credit union, I do not need his assistance with financing. Malcolm ignored my loan comment and proceeded to tell me four times "I can handle paperwork for Cinfed Credit Union, I can do the same thing they do." I became irritated because he was sounding like a broken record and asked him "Are you going to get the keys so I can test drive? I do not want to hear you say anything about you can handle my financing." I informed you that loan approval is not a problem and has been handled. Malcom became visibly upset and had the audacity to say "I am here on my off day trying to help." I replied I didn't ask for your help because you had been working with the same ladies across the table since 3:30, it's now 6:00; I left this lot and went to Kings Toyota." In addition, I stated "I asked my daughter to go get another salesman and you chose to run over here when you heard her talking to another gentleman. So are you going to get the keys so I can test drive?" Malcolm's immaturity was displayed as he jumped up out of the seat, walked away abruptly mumbling. As a result, we left the dealership and made a purchase elsewhere. Malcolm's lack of listening, overtaking me, and failure to offer superior customer service is the reason I will never step foot in Kings Honda again.
