Purchased my first Subaru and glad it was from Huebner! Traveled two hours however, the experience and reception was well worth the drive. I had been shopping/pricing used Outbacks when I came across a new 2016 Outback listing with Huebner. My initial contact was with Brittany via email and phone conversation. She did a fantastic job of answering my questions, providing a price range of my trade-in sight unseen, gathering my credit information and negotiating a sale price on the Outback. Arriving the next day an hour and a half late for my appointment, Shane greeted me, pointed out the Outback, exchanged keys and provided a brief tutorial. Slapped a plate on and sent me out for a test drive. When I returned he juggled working with me and two other clients. Tried to squeeze a few more dollars off the purchase price however, Shane remained firm at the original discounted price. Huebner did offer me more on the trade-in which helped off-set the purchase price. Zipped over to Subaru business manager Luke who offered some very attractive extended warranty packages and had my documentation already. Received a great 0% finance rate signed my name over to indentured servitude and was on my way home in a brand new Outback. Dealership was clean, efficient and well organized. They are proud of their customer service and from the moment I arrived I could understand why. I was greeted with a smile and welcome by everyone I met. I was asked by everyone if I had been helped or if I required anything. Shane was very genuine and treated me like a local. Don't know If i will have the opportunity to work with the service department however, I have no doubt that they will be as friendly and efficient as the front side of the dealership.
